Most Absorbable Forms

Firstly, the formula provides nutrients in the most absorbable and ready to use forms by our body. In this way, the potency of each nutrient can be assured and the body can use them efficiently.

For example, minerals are difficult for our body to absorb.

So, Molybdenum, needed in the detoxification processes of the body; is formulated in an amino acid chelated form which our body can readily absorb.

Similarly for Selenium, it must be bioavailable to our body before it can support heart and brain health, promote a healthy inflammatory and immune response, and to quench free radical activity.^1,2

Bioactive Forms

L-5-Methyl Tetrahydrofolate – the bioactive form of folic acid, is used instead so our body does not have to convert it before using it. This form of folate is up to seven times more bioavailable than folic acid.^3,4

Similarly, Methycobalamin – the active form of Vitamin B12 is used and it is essential for cell growth and replication, neural functions and homocysteine metabolism.^5-7

For Vitamin B6, it is present as the metabolically active form of Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate which has been shown to protect the fats and proteins of our body against glycation damages.^8-10

Potent Doses

This formula also provides the ideal doses of nutrients needed to achieve optimal health and well-being. Vitamins and minerals are co-dependent in their metabolic activities, so a lack of one can affect the optimal functioning of organ systems throughout the body.

Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) provide only the minimal doses necessary to avoid deficiency. However, in order to achieve optimal health and well-being, we need the ideal dose of high-quality vitamins and minerals every day.

For example, the RDA of Vitamin D is 400IU but the formula provides 1000 IU per capsule. Besides supporting bone health, Vitamin D also promotes healthy cell division, supports arterial, mental and immune health.^11,12

Vitamin C scavenges free radicals and protects the cells against oxidative stress. It is involved in the production and function of white blood cells. Additionally, Vitamin C is vital to collagen formation, the connective tissue found throughout healthy arterial walls, skin, bones, and teeth.^13-15 The formula provides 470 mg Vitamin C per serving instead of the RDA of 60mg.
