Returns & Refund Policy
1. You may request to return any product you have purchased, within 7 working days of receiving the product, for any of the following reasons:
(a) The product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description on the website on the date of purchase; or
(b) The product delivered is expired or damaged.
2. HealthPro may allow for an exchange of products on a case by case basis. Kindly contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
3. When a return or exchange request is approved by HealthPro, our customer service team will follow through and assist you with the process.
4. If you request for a refund that does not meet with our criteria in Point (1) above, you will have to bear an administrative fee that is equivalent to 5% of the refund value.
