Estrogen Balance Elite
encourages healthy estrogen production and helps relieve hormone-related
discomforts like hot flashes and night sweats with fenugreek. And we’ve added
red clover, chaste tree and black cohosh extracts to support women’s health as
they age.
What Is Estrogen Balance Elite*?
Fenugreek is a Mediterranean herb
that contains many beneficial actives, such as hormone-like plant compounds
called phytoestrogens. Fenugreek seed extract has been clinically studied to
encourage endogenous estrogen (estradiol) production. Studies also show that
fenugreek can help relieve hormone-related discomforts like hot flashes, night
sweats and vaginal dryness. This in turn supports both better sleep and healthy
mood.
Estrogen plays a key role in a
woman’s quality of life. The clinically studied fenugreek seed extract in this
formula has been shown to promote estrogen production and relieve discomfort.

Need some relief? Go (fenu)greek!
Fenugreek is a star when it comes
to women’s health support. A standardized extract of this popular botanical has
been clinically shown to promote endogenous estradiol production (estrogen made
by the ovaries) as well as ease discomforts such as hot flashes, night sweats
and vaginal dryness. It’s also good for promoting mood health and encouraging
healthy sleep patterns. That’s why we’ve added fenugreek to Estrogen Balance
Elite!
Product Details
Fenugreek and estrogen production
Fenugreek is an herb Native to
the mediterranean region. Fenugreek seeds contain active compounds like
trigonelline, a phytoestrogen, and protodioscin, a flavonoid with a similar
structure to DHEA, which is a precursor (or building block) to sex hormones
like estrogen, progesterone and testosterone.1
In several clinical studies, the
standardized fenugreek seed extract in this formula was shown to promote
estradiol production (estradiol is the form of estrogen made in the ovaries),
producing a statistically significant change compared to baseline as well as
compared to those taking placebo.2-4
Fenugreek and hormone-related
relief
Fenugreek has also been shown to
help ease hormone-related discomforts, including hot flashes, night sweats,
vaginal dryness, mood swings and more.
A double-blind randomized
placebo-controlled trial of 29 women, ages 45 to 58, participants who took the
standardized fenugreek seed extract in Estrogen Balance Elite reported relief
from discomforts like hot flashes, and night sweats, vaginal dryness and leg
discomfort. They also reported healthy sleep and mood support compared to those
taking placebo.5
Red clover, chaste tree and black
cohosh
Like fenugreek, red clover
extract contains phytoestrogens. Plus, we’ve augmented our formula with
sought-after black cohosh and chaste tree extracts to create well-rounded
formulation for women’s health.
